You can upload and share files within the team using Brightpod Files. The files section lists all the files uploaded and your team members may download them at any time.

To download a file:

1.  Go the Pod from where you want to access and download the files.

2.  Click Files.

3. Search for the file you want by scrolling down. On the right side, use the filters File Type and Team member to narrow your search.

4. Click the file name to open a preview.

5. Click Download. and the file will be downloaded to your local computer.

If you aren’t sure which pod has the logo you are looking for, use the universal search option, entering ‘logo’ as your search term. This will bring up any results from current and completed pods that have the word logo in them.
