Messages are a great way to keep clients in the loop on your conversations, as well as have all messages in one location.Clients may view messages which have been marked as Visible to Clients and they can send new messages to team members.
To send a message and collaborate with your clients
1. Go to the Messages tab and click on New Message.
2. Start writing your new message.
3. Make sure you check Visible to Clients. Select the other team members whom you want to notify.
4. Click Add Message.
Your client will be able to read and respond to messages that are visible to them.
