You are receiving this error message, there are 2 possible solutions before contacting us at

1. In order to accept the invite, you need to click the Accept Invitation button in the email you received. When your team lead invited you, you should have received an email that looks like this:


Be sure to check your spam folder if you didn’t receive this invite.

2. The Brightpod account subscription has been cancelled.

Speak with the person who invited you and ensure they still have a Brightpod account. Also check to see if they have removed your invitation.
