All Brightpod invoices go to the email address of the person who entered their payment information when first paying for Brightpod. You cannot find a copy of your invoices inside Brightpod.
Inside of the email of the person who first paid for Brightpod, there will be a link to your invoice, which you can then print.
Administrators on the account are able to see all billing/payment history and update credit card information at any time.
If you are unsure if you have received your invoices, search your inbox and spam folders for the sender Synage Software Pvt. Ltd. Support from the email address email@example.com.
If you did not receive your invoices, or are changing the primary email address of your company, contact the Brightpod Support Team. We will update your email addresses, send you historical invoices, and answer any other questions you may have.
