If you want to stop your Brightpod subscription, we would really appreciate it if you would reach out the Brightpod team to let us know why Brightpod isn’t right for you and your team. We are always looking to improve!
To cancel your subscription,
1. Go to Settings & Account then click Account.
2. Click Change your credit card details.
3. Here are the details of your subscription. Click Cancel Subscription.
4. You will be asked to confirm your cancellation. Your subscription will remain active up to the date shown in the message. When ready, click Confirm.
5. As a final confirmation, you will see a success message and also receive an email notification of your cancellation.
By cancelling your subscription, you are not closing your Brightpod account. The features that are available with your paid subscription will continue to the last date of your subscription.
