If you have removed a Time, Message, Comment, Task, Task List, or Milestone, Brightpod keeps these removed items for 30 days. This allows you to recover something that has been accidentally removed.  After 30 days, the removed items are deleted forever and cannot be retrieved.

Each pod has a Removed Items section that allows you to access items that have been removed from the pod. These items can be recovered or deleted permanently.

Removed Items will be listed in the following order – Task Lists, Tasks, Comments, Messages, Milestone and Files.

Access Removed Items

To access and browse through the Removed Items,

1. On the Pods page, hover over the pod name and click the gear icon Settings .

2. Click Removed Items.

Recovering Removed Items

To recover a removed item,

1. On the Pods page, hover over the pod name and click the gear icon Settings .

2. Click Removed Items.

3. Look for the item that you want to recover and click Recover under Actions on the right.

You will be notified that the item is recovered with a message “Swoosh! The item is back in the Pod” and you can check for the same in the Pod.

Permanently Deleting Items

To permanently delete an item that has been removed,

1. On the Pods page, hover over the pod name and click the gear icon Settings .

2. Click Removed Items.

3. Look for the archived item that you want to remove and click on Remove under Actions on the right.

4. Click OK if you are sure you want to permanently delete the item. Note: This action cannot be undone!
